Freight Management

The freight management system is capable in handling Air, Sea, Road and multimodal transport services. It provides operational and financial control over the day to day, order to cash processes of the domestic and international freight movements. Moreover operations are centralized for the accounting system. The system supports centralized maintenance of data for shippers, consignees, vendors, warehouses, locations etc.

The transportation management system (TMS) is used extensively for the transportation operations. Both inbound and outbound orders are evaluated by the TMS Planning Module offering suggested optimised routing solutions. Once the best route is selected, the solution typically generates electronic load tendering and track/trace to execute the optimized shipment. It also supports freight audit and payment (settlement process).

The warehouse management system (WMS) is a key part of the supply chain and primarily aims to control the movement and storage of materials within a warehouse and process the associated transactions, including shipping, receiving, put away and picking. The system also direct and optimize stock put away based on real-time information about the status of bin utilization. The WMS monitors the progress of products through the warehouse. It involves the physical warehouse infrastructure, tracking systems, and communication between product stations. More precisely, warehouse management involves the receipt, storage and movement of goods to intermediate storage locations or to a final customer.

The enterprise resource planning (ERP) is a cross-functional enterprise system driven by an integrated suite of software modules that supports the basic internal business processes of the company. ERP gives the company an integrated real-time view of its core business processes tied together by ERP applications software and a common database maintained by a database management system.
 
The customer relationship management (CRM) is used to manage the company’s interactions with current and future customers. Using this system the company organizes, automates, and synchronizes sales, marketing, customer service, and technical support.
